Job Description – You are an on campus Boomerang Storage representative with the single goal attracting new customers. You are in charge of carrying out marketing campaigns via print, email, vending, and word of mouth. A school marketing manager is a part-time position with a base hourly wage along with a competitive bonus structure. Simply the more students that use our service as a result of your effort, the more money you will make.
Tasks - The School Marketing Manager will be asked to perform the following tasks:
- Form and maintain diplomatic relations with the university.
- Marketing (posters, flyers, emails, brochures, newspapers, etc.)
- Brainstorming marketing tools.
- Run vending events.
- Reporting progress to management.
- Finding leaders and drivers for our operations. (For Pickups and Deliveries) To help us hire responsible employees for our operations.
Hours- Hours are extremely flexible which is what is so attractive about this position. However there is a lot to do and we will require several long days. Employment dates usually start as early as mid March and run until exam week.

Compensation - School Managers are paid based on an hourly wage plus you will receive a performance bonus at the end of our season depending upon how many customers you provide to Boomerang Storage. Hourly salaries range from $10/hr to $14/hr depending on previous experience.

Boomerang Storage Team Leader
Job Description - This position requires a lot of interaction with customers making it pertinent that he or she has exceptional customer service skills. Boomerang Storage will provide training to the Team Leader, providing him or her with the knowledge they will need in order to carry out their operational tasks. The Team Leader will be asked to help:
- Drive Trucks
- Handle & Use Paperwork
- Properly Fill Out Customer Agreement(s)
- Navigate Around Campus
- Explain Products & Services
- Up - Sell Services
- Assemble and distribute box kits
- Some lifting may be required up to 50lbs
- Lead crews
- You are responsible for carrying out an efficient operation
- Distribute our Free box kits

Boomerang Storage Team Leader
Objective - To provide the highest level of customer service while performing tasks assigned by his or her Team Leader. Team members will also be responsible for the safe transport of customers' items through the storage process.
Job Description - A typical day will consist of picking up student storage in their rooms, carry down flights of stairs safely, load trucks, transport to warehouse, and unload trucks. Executing the reverse upon delivery at the end of the summer
Tasks - Team members will be asked to perform various tasks such as, excellent customer service, moving customers, labeling items, understanding and performing loading and unloading procedures, and driving trucks.
Hours - Depending on the number of customers being assisted, the Team Member will be asked to work nearly full time during the busy season. However, some days the Team Member will work a very limited schedule. Total days of work require roughly between 2-20 days of work depending on whether or not you work at just your school or additional schools. Employment dates in the Spring are from before finals week usually to the day campus housing closes. End of Summer employment dates are roughly 1-2 weeks before most students arrive back to campus until classes begin.
